Initially players will be invited to a two-week free trial
where their skills and abilities will be observed by the coaches
of the development centre. On completion of the trial they
will either be verbally told that they are not quite ready
for the centre at this time and offered advice as to their
future development or they will be handed a successful trial
letter outlining the procedure for joining.
